To abide by COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, please follow the procedures listed below.
Day of the Meeting
Arrive at your appointment on time. Please do not arrive earlier than that or you will have to wait in your vehicle. Following this guideline will help with traffic flow in the parking area and with social distancing in the parking lot. Cars will not be allowed into the parking area before your allotted time.
Please exit your car with your parents/guardians and check-in at the NORTH GATE ENTRANCE. This is your check-in appointment. Please follow social distancing guidelines by WEARING A MASK and keep at least 6 feet distance from other learners and their families.
When you enter the school, you will check-in with your learning facilitator to receive laptops and school materials.
Upon exiting the school, you and your family will walk to your car and promptly exit the parking lot.
Please practice Covid 19 guidelines by keeping social distance throughout the meeting and in the parking lot.
We are excited to share our new system to communicate with you. Check your email for a message from ParentSquare to activate your ParentSquare account. After you activate your account, you will be able to send messages to your child's learning facilitator. If you did NOT get an email, click to sign in at parentsquare.com to register or contact the Learning Community.
